Privacy policy

Our Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the protection of personal data of Users using the tidk.pl website.

The Administrator declares that it processes Users’ personal data by (RODO) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on protecting natural persons about the processing of personal data and the free movement of personal data.

Failure to accept this Privacy Policy allows you to use the Site, but prevents you from leaving your personal data and providing the service. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

What kind of data are we talking about?


This is about the personal data we collect and process:
Name, email address, phone number, company registration data

Why do we want to process your data?


The User’s personal data is processed for the purpose of:

  • To conclude and perform a contract for providing electronic services – in case the User uses such services.
  • To respond to messages sent via a form from the Site.
  • Sending marketing information and offers, surveys, invitations, and correspondence via e-mail, SMS, RCS, WEBPUSH notifications, phone calls, or snail mail.
  • Profiling helps tailor messages and offers according to the User’s interests.

The provision of personal data is voluntary but is a condition for the conclusion of the contract for the provision of electronic services. A user who does not provide personal data forfeits the Administrator’s ability to provide services.


We may also use personal data, based on separate consent, for other purposes. In this case, these purposes are always specified in the content of the consent.


The user voluntarily decides to receive marketing content. Failure to provide personal data for marketing purposes will result in not receiving such content.

What are the legal bases for processing your data?


The legal basis for processing Users’ personal data is:

  • The Administrator’s legitimate interest is to handle correspondence and respond to messages sent.
  • In the case in which the User expresses a desire to receive marketing content concerning the Administrator – the necessity of data processing for the realization of purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, i.e. for the realization of marketing activities concerning the Administrator.
  • The Administrator does not provide for the transfer of personal data to a third country.

For what period do we store your data?

  • Requisability of data processing to enter into and perform an agreement to provide electronic services.
  • We keep your personal data for the period of your use of our services. After you stop using the services, your personal data in the following areas, name, surname, e-mail address, and telephone number, will be kept for two years to process complaints and claims related to using these services.
  • Personal data processed to respond to messages sent through the contact form – will be stored for two years from each message received.

Your User Rights


The user has full right to decide to what extent his/her personal data will be used. The user has the right to:

  • request access to your personal data,
  • their rectification,
  • deletion or restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • the right to object at any time to the processing of the User’s personal data, including profiling and direct marketing,
  • to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time if the processing of the User’s personal data is carried out based on such consent; withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out based on such consent before its withdrawal,
  • complain to the supervisory authority, i.e., the Office for Personal Data Protection President.

A user may withdraw consent to be sent marketing content at any time. It is sufficient to use the mechanisms available with marketing content, e.g. by clicking on the unsubscribe link or by contacting the Administrator.

To whom do we share your personal information?

When collecting personal data, the Administrator shall allow direct access only to authorized Employees, Subcontractors, and Entities providing services to the Administrator (i.e., accounting, legal, auditing, IT, and technical support services) and only to the extent necessary for the performance of services ordered by the Administrator.

Users’ personal data may be transferred to entities authorized to receive them under applicable laws, particularly to competent judicial or law enforcement authorities.

As a rule, your personal data is not transferred outside the EEA (European Economic Area). However, the transfer of your data outside the EEA may occur when it is necessary to perform your service, including situations where the performance of the service will require the participation of Subcontractors based outside the EEA.

Security

Personal data is stored in a database with technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data adequate to the validity of the stored personal data in accordance with industry standards and guidelines of relevant authorities, in particular the RODO.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies, which are small textual information stored on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. The server stores them on the computer of the person visiting the Site. The Administrator accesses the information in them for statistical purposes and to ensure proper operation of the Site.

The Administrator processes cookies for:

  • identify the User and login
  • customizing information and appearance of the Site to individual preferences
  • keeping statistics, which are anonymous.

Web browsers, by default, store “cookies” on your end device. You can restrict or disable access to cookies in your browser settings. If you use this option, some features may be limited or unavailable.

The Administrator collects the IP addresses of visitors to the Site, which helps diagnose technical problems with the server, create statistical analysis, or verify the user’s location, both real and web bots.

The Administrator uses third parties for statistics, improvement and analysis of the Site. Third parties use cookies and are used by entities such as google, facebook. Our Privacy Policy does not regulate the use of cookies by third parties.
