Business case

The largest franchise network of grocery stores in Poland was prompted by the need to digitize the reporting area to provide the greatest possible value to its franchisees.

The first step of cooperation was an audit and in-depth analysis of business, analytical and reporting needs. The result became the basis for the architecture design and implementation strategy of a new concept of using the potential of data in the organization. The next critical stage was the implementation of best practices for working in the cloud as part of the automation of the report creation process and the developed data management assumptions. Cooperation with TIDK supported the difficult process of building a new product – dashboards tailored to the needs of franchisees.
