Business case

We have prepared an eCommerce analytics platform for a Polish clothing company specializing in the design, production and sale of sportswear.

The project included the integration of data from various marketing and sales sources, setting the basis for segmentation and a better understanding of customer needs. As a result, a concept for the utilization of demographic and behavioral data within the modern Lakehouse architecture was developed, along with a report summarizing recommendations for possible implementations of business scenarios in the realms of advanced analytics and hyper-personalization.
