Business case

One of Poland’s largest financial institutions approached us to centralize and monitor data from many different communication channels and to develop a concept for measuring the effectiveness of activities and continuous process optimization.

As part of our cooperation, we went through all levels of analytics – from data preparation to the design of Machine Learning and Data Mining models. However, the most crucial matter for our client, in terms of their perspective, was to pave the way towards the Cloud and our support in the process of hardening the solution.

Solution:

  • Data integration from many different sources/systems and process visualization in real-time,
  • Design of Machine Learning and Data Mining models that capture the weak points of the process,
