Totalizator Sportowy – a leader in the Polish market of gaming products, was looking for a trusted partner to develop an analytical project using Machine Learning algorithms to detect suspicious player behavior. The TIDK team’s main challenge was automating processes related to the analysis of behavioral data, such as segmentation, basket analysis and churn analysis.

The second extremely important stage of the project for this business was the development of Data Governance strategy mechanisms along with Data Management elements.

Solution:

• Forecast based on data analysis for fraud (Anti-Money Laundry), marketing communication and industry-specific scenarios using Machine Learning algorithms,
• Definition of measures, KPIs and visualization in the form of a PowerBI report,
• Development of policies and standards for working with data, taking into account confidentiality, sensitivity, and data labeling.
