Business case

The forerunner of a self-service parcel delivery and pickup point service requested an audit and assessment of the data warehouse project implemented by an external company due to performance problems. The results of the analysis showed that the architecture was not designed in accordance with common standards.

Based on several studies, TIDK was able to recommend the best approaches for redesigning the existing warehouse and the cloud technologies used. Additionally, we used simulations and analysis of various scenarios regarding the future development of needs, data volumes, and cloud costs. The final stage of the project included the preparation and implementation of a new, comprehensive process of Big Data storage and processing.
