Business case

For the Management Board of a Polish capital group specializing in the luxury goods segment, we conducted a workshop supporting the construction of a data-driven strategy, focusing on establishing the direction of the development of analytics in the organization and recommending a long-term action plan.

Solution:

  • Brainstorming enabling to map the organization’s needs against its capabilities,
  • Analysis of internal data sources and initial selection of data usage concepts,
  • A roadmap showing the benefits and possible ways of analytics development along with recommendations for further actions.

Outcomes:

  • Strengthening the knowledge about the value and importance of analytics, assessing the organization’s as-is level and defining business priorities.
  • Project of mapped short- and long-term goals along with recommendations for their implementation.
  • Knowledge transferred and achieved results were used as the foundation of the organization’s development strategy for the coming years.
